Wilmer is my “go to” worker for home repairs and new projects. Although he almost always gives the lowest bid, his workmanship is very good. He is also very versatile. I’ve hired him to replace rotting posts and facia boards, build a new gate, replace an old, “popcorn” ceiling, do various painting jobs, build a new deck and staircase, etc. He has lots of contacts, so if he can’t do a particular job himself (e.g. electrical work), he’ll have a friend who can do it equally well and for a reasonable price. The deck he built for me used some special wood and used decking material that I had on hand. This made the job more time consuming, but he was willing to put in that extra effort to satisfy the customer. The latest job he did for me was to build a retaining wall near my driveway. He finished the job quickly and built a VERY sturdy structure. Wilmer knows his trade and works conscientiously. Moreover, he is polite, honest, and fair-minded.

Wilmer repaired my drywall and stucco after a complete two story water supply repipe. The walls and exterior stucco were pretty torn up. He patched the drywall, retextured and repainted the interior walls and ceilings. He patched the exterior lath, did scratch and brown coat plaster and color coat plaster. I have a complicated knockdown texture on my stucco, and I deify anyone to show me where his repairs are. The painting match was perfect inside and out.

I have referred Wilmer to several family members and friends also. Everyone is quite impressed with his work.
